You will collaborate closely with the EMEA marketing team, global demand generation and customer marketing groups, and key internal partners like Sales, SDR, Customer Experience, and People Science.

• Establish regional plans that translate GTM goals into local events and campaigns. Partner with the Snr Events Manager plus global Lifecycle and Demand Gen teams to localise messaging and content for local buyers, driving pipeline and revenue growth across new logo and expansion efforts.

• Pipeline Management: Partner with SDR teams on targeted events and regional campaigns to build and manage a robust pipeline of new logo and expansion opportunities, ensuring all KPIs are met.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent the markets across global marketing forums, acting as the local champion for various disciplines. Collaborate closely with Sales, SDR, People Science, and Customer Success to align quarterly plans, run retrospectives, and ensure seamless lead follow-up through to opportunity conversion.

• Content creation and translation development utilising AI to establish scalable ways to create and localise content.

• Business acumen and influence: Leverage market, customer, and competitor insights to shape regional strategy, providing feedback to global teams to align messaging with local needs.

• Leveraging local partners to run joint events and webinars that generate pipeline and accelerate deals. Working with the Global Partnership Director and EMEA Sales teams to plan, develop and scale the channel.

• Nurturing and building out the local Community Chapters programme - developing it as a flywheel for growth, managing local chapter leads and supporting programming where necessary

• Performance Tracking: Measure the success of your marketing efforts and use data to refine and improve your results.

• Manage the ROI, demonstrating performance and making trade‑offs that maximise impact across programs and channels.

• Manage local vendor relationships to deliver high‑quality executions on time and within budget.

Success in this role means:

• Pipeline and revenue targets are met with conversion improving quarter over quarter

• Regionalisation of global campaigns land effectively within our ICP; insights from the region systematically inform global messaging and content

• Outstanding sales partnership is strong and visible—shared plans, clear cadences, aligned reporting, and measurable acceleration on top accounts and opportunities.

• The budget is proactively managed with clear ROI narratives and a test‑and‑learn roadmap tied to pipeline impact.

You have:

• Ideally 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience or equivalent relevant experience where you've driven measurable pipeline and revenue in the UK market

• Confidence in building a market from the ground up to drive new business acquisition (ARR), expand from the existing customer base (NRR), and elevate the brand presence within the UK.

• Worked and thrived in an international organisation, you know the strength that comes from diverse viewpoints and others experiences - and seek to learn from them

• A mindset geared towards innovation and creativity, with a willingness to experiment and take calculated risks to achieve breakthrough results.

• You’re confident with using AI and have examples of where you’ve experimented to improve processes and/or created content to drive results

• Strong analytical skills; you know your way around typical MarTech e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, webinar and ABM tools (e.g., Splash, 6Sense) to prioritize, measure, and optimize programs.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence cross‑functional teams (Sales, SDR, CX, Global Marketing teams) without direct authority and operate with operating rigour.

• A working understanding of what it takes to scale across new logo and expansion, with comfort balancing high‑touch field activity with working within global scaled digital plays.

• Experience working with C Suite ICP and the concept of the buying committee

• Speak native-level German and fluent English
