Team mission

Landing pages are one of GetYourGuide's most important product surfaces — the moment where acquisition meets experience, and where the quality of what we build directly determines whether a visitor becomes a customer.

Your mission

As Lead Product Manager for Landing Pages, you will own a high-traffic surface that sits at the intersection of growth, acquisition, and user experience. You will work closely with paid search, paid media, and SEO stakeholders to ensure the pages you build perform across channels, while keeping the traveller's needs at the centre of every decision. Your cross-functional team includes engineers, designers, analysts, and researchers.

This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, is energised by the product-marketing boundary, and wants to build something that scales — not just ship features. The work has direct visibility into how GetYourGuide grows, and the decisions made here have a measurable impact on the business from day one.

We are looking for a Lead PM who brings both strategic clarity and executional rigour — someone who can set a vision, bring stakeholders along, and deliver.

What You'll Do

• Build modular, reusable infrastructure — page templates, content modules, and page logic — that compounds in value over time. You are not optimising individual features; you are building the foundation that makes everything that follows faster and cheaper.

• Develop and implement a strategy for your product area, set clear measurable goals, and take full responsibility for outcomes. Connect your roadmap to the company's mission, break it into actionable steps, and create genuine excitement for the long-term vision — with your team, across functions, and with executive leadership.

• Apply your understanding of acquisition channel economics and how landing page content drives channel performance. Partner closely with paid search, paid media, and SEO stakeholders to ensure pages serve channel needs without being built around any single one. Hold user experience and channel performance goals together rather than trading them off.

• Design and own an experimentation system at scale — not just individual A/B tests, but the architecture and cadence that enables rapid, parallel testing across page types and channels. Build toward a model that increases the speed and independence of experimentation over time.

• Use customer feedback, market trends, and business metrics to drive decisions. Prioritise ruthlessly, re-evaluate the roadmap as new insights arrive, and make clear calls on sequencing to maximise both impact and learning.

• Represent customer interests at all levels of the organisation. Act with openness and transparency with your team, peers, and leadership. Coach and mentor team members, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and bring others along on the vision.

Your toolkit

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years as a Lead or Senior PM owning a product area end-to-end — including strategy, goal-setting, roadmap execution, and KPI accountability.

• A systems thinker who builds for scale. You have experience building product infrastructure or platforms — not just features — and you understand how foundational work compounds over time.

• Experience working at the intersection of product and marketing, growth, or acquisition. You have a working understanding of how channels like paid search, paid social, or SEO use product surfaces to drive performance, and you're comfortable holding user experience and channel performance goals together.

• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in experimentation — designing testing methodology and cadence, not just interpreting results. You know how to build a testing culture and move a team toward data-informed decisions at speed.

• Proven ability to build alignment across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing stakeholders. You bring people along through clear thinking and strong communication rather than through authority.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You can translate complex product and technical concepts for executive, marketing, and engineering audiences equally well.

• Bonus: Experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, or travel business.

• Bonus: A background in engineering or data science — particularly valuable given the technical architecture nature of this role.

How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary

• Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development

• Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year

• A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.

• Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events

• Monthly transportation and fitness budget

• Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities

• Language reimbursement program

• Health and wellness benefits

And more…
