You’ll be a key partner to marketers across the business, bringing strong expertise in marketing automation to execute programs, optimize processes, and ensure our campaigns reach the right audiences at the right time. You’ll own day-to-day execution in Marketo, partner closely with our Salesforce team, and help improve lead management, scoring, nurturing, and campaign performance. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on marketing operations professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and using technology, including AI, to make arketing more effective and efficient.
As a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will:
• Own the end-to-end execution of marketing automation programs in Marketo, including audience creation, email and landing page builds, workflows, A/B testing, QA, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with marketers across the organization to translate campaign and program requirements into scalable, high-quality marketing automation solutions.
• Support and optimize lead lifecycle management, including lead routing, enrichment, scoring, nurturing, and campaign attribution, in partnership with our Salesforce administration team.
• Help manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, identifying opportunities to improve processes, automation, data quality, and overall program efficiency.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline marketing operations, automate repetitive work, and improve the speed and effectiveness of our marketing programs.

• You have a detail-oriented mindset and take pride in building programs that are accurate, scalable, and reliable.
• You enjoy troubleshooting problems, digging into data, and figuring out why something isn’t working, then finding a better way to do it.
• You’re curious about new technology and excited to experiment with AI and automation to improve how marketing teams work.
• We value people who are collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-moving environment.
At a minimum, you need to have:
• 3+ years of experience working in marketing operations or marketing automation, with hands-on experience building and executing programs in Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Experience with Salesforce, including working with leads, contacts, campaigns, and reporting, and an understanding of how marketing automation and CRM systems work together.
• Experience managing marketing programs such as email campaigns, nurtures, webinars, events, or other digital programs from setup through execution and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of marketing data, attribution, and funnel management.
