Product Manager Pricing
Job Description
Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!
Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeam, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager Pricing to shape and scale pricing and packaging for Cato’s cloud-native SASE platform, cybersecurity portfolio, and AI transformation initiatives.
You will turn commercial needs into scalable pricing and packaging capabilities, tools, and workflows. This role combines product management, monetization strategy, go-to-market execution, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Own strategic pricing and packaging initiatives across Cato’s global portfolio. Translate business priorities into clear recommendations, commercial frameworks, and execution plans.
• Partner with Product teams to define pricing for new products and enhance pricing for existing products. Shape configuration, automation, and customer-facing experiences.
• Partner with regional go-to-market teams to align pricing strategy, processes, and governance with market dynamics and commercial priorities.
• Define pricing-related user journeys for Sales, partners, and customers. Improve usability, clarity, and adoption.
• Build data-driven business cases for pricing changes, packaging models, incentives, and monetization strategies.
• Lead product launch activities related to pricing and packaging. Ensure readiness across Product, Sales, Operations, IS, Finance, Legal, and regional teams.
• Monitor pricing performance, customer behavior, and commercial outcomes. Use insights to improve revenue, margin, and growth.
• Support Sales and Customer Success teams with non-standard pricing needs for large and strategic deals.
• Improve pricing decision tools, approval flows, controls, and operating cadence.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in product management, pricing, monetization, commercial strategy, or revenue strategy. Experience in global technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS is preferred.
• Strong strategic acumen and commercial mindset, with the ability to connect market dynamics, product capabilities, customer behavior, and business goals to develop actionable pricing strategies.
• Deep understanding of pricing, packaging, discounting, monetization, and governance.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to build scalable tools, platforms, workflows, or customer-facing capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You can build business cases, interpret performance data, and turn insights into decisions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional product launches and influence senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Legal.
• High ownership, strong attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-moving global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
