Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Go To Market drives exceptional outcomes for hiring, including a superior experience for the hiring manager and candidate. Partner with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each position. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process across GTM including Sales Engineers, EAE/AE roles, Strategic Accounts, etc. as well as Sales Operations, Marketing, Professional and Customer Service roles. The successful candidate will be a thought leader in building a best-in-class strategy, sales team and employee experience.
Support and implement change management to support the introduction of new and global recruitment processes to facilitate a common company culture and supporting practices. The successful candidate will possess exceptional influencing, change management, collaboration and partnership skills. This is a strategic role that requires strong partnering with both business and HR leadership.
What You'll Do:
• Drive and manage the full life cycle recruitment process, with a focus on creating a more diverse and equitable work environment. Build trusting relationships with hiring manager and Global HR Business Partners.
• HR Transformation: This role will assess existing talent acquisition processes, including the pre- and post-hire experience, and provide input into the redesign as we build to meet best practice standards. Processes must be to scale and operate at a global level. Strategically optimize Workday technology enabled processes, in close alignment with Global HR business partners.
• Leverage a variety of search techniques, social media channels, and innovative sourcing tools to identify active and passive candidates.
• Build strong and diverse talent pipelines for current and future positions across the global sales organization.
• Manage candidate workflow through the Ashby.
• Ensures compliance related to Employee Life Cycle (talent acquisition through termination processes) per regulatory environment of various countries across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Serves as point of contact and review for external & internal audits.
What You'll Bring:
• 8+ years of full life cycle sales recruiting experience with demonstrated success in GTM in the tech industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Deep and current knowledge of Workday ATS and Ashby.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communications.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness of one’s own leadership capability.
• Ability to build strong and trusted business relationships both in the business and with HR peers and team.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Develop recruiting approaches to business strategy, and influence best practice adoption, as opposed to a reactive mindset.
