• Identify opportunities to streamline project delivery and optimize operations by developing standard operating procedures and supporting the rollout of CRE AI platforms.

What you'll bring to the role

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of direct experience in Corporate Real Estate, Transaction Management, Portfolio Operations, and Project Management.

• Proven track record of supporting lease negotiations and transactions worldwide, backed by strong financial and analytical capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in the Google suite, creating executive presentations, and effectively managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

Why Join Us

• Desirable Skills: Previous corporate experience at a technology company, knowledge of commercial lease structures, familiarity with workplace analytics, and a PMP certification are highly preferred and will help you hit the ground running.

• High-Visibility Impact: You will serve as the vital link between internal leaders and external service providers, driving operational excellence and directly shaping the footprint of our multi-site portfolio.
